DEDICATED FULL-BODY MASSAGE CHAIRS

Power Massage Chair Repairs

Dedicated full-body massage chair service for roller, air-compression, power, control and movement problems. Send the brand, model and symptoms so we can review repair options.

Power Massage Chair Repairs

Service for actual massage chairs.

This category covers purpose-built massage chairs with powered massage mechanisms, such as roller tracks, kneading systems and air-compression zones. A reclining chair with a vibration or massage feature belongs in our separate power recliner repair category.

Massage chair features vary. We review your exact make and model before confirming service scope, parts requirements and availability.

Massage chair systems we can assess

Massage rollers & track systems

Rollers that stop, become noisy, fail to travel or do not complete a program may involve the massage mechanism, drive components, track or position sensing. We review the symptoms and model-specific service requirements.

Air compression systems

Weak, uneven or absent compression in the arms, shoulders, calves or feet may involve airbags, hoses, valves or the air pump. Tell us which areas work and which do not.

Power, wiring & electronics

A chair that will not power on, stops during a session or displays an error may require inspection of the power supply, wiring, connectors, sensors or control electronics. Include the exact error message and when it appears.

Remotes & touchscreens

Unresponsive buttons, display problems or programs that will not start can involve the controller, connection or chair electronics. Include photos of the controller and screen.

Recline, leg rest & foot mechanisms

We can review movement faults involving the recline, leg extension, footrest, foot rollers and calf massage functions fitted to your chair. Components and troubleshooting differ by model.

Heat, coverings & comfort

Describe heating zones that do not respond, worn upholstery or damaged padding. Replacement coverings must suit the chair’s moving massage components and manufacturer requirements.

Diagnosis first. Model-specific repair next.

  1. Identify the chair. Send the manufacturer, model, serial number, location and a clear photo of its identification label.
  2. Describe the fault. Tell us which function fails, any error code and whether the problem is intermittent. Photos or a short video help explain the issue.
  3. Confirm the next step. We review service availability and whether an on-site inspection is needed. Parts compatibility, manufacturer support and repair scope are checked before proceeding.
  4. Discuss the repair. Pricing and scheduling depend on the diagnosis and parts availability. Discontinued models may have limited parts support.

Warranty and customer-paid requests

For a chair under warranty, contact the manufacturer or seller for approval before arranging service. Include the claim number, work order and any supplied parts or instructions. Warranty coverage and authorization remain subject to the provider’s terms.

Out-of-warranty owners can submit a customer-paid repair request. Sending a request does not establish manufacturer authorization or confirm that every brand or model can be repaired.

Tell us about your massage chair.

Include the make, model, serial number, ZIP code, symptoms, error codes and warranty status. Share the overall chair, label and controller photos. Service is confirmed for your chair and location.
